Recruit painting and calligraphy lovers from government agencies and units to form a painting and calligraphy club, focusing on two interest classes of calligraphy and art, and regularly invite calligraphy and art teachers to provide technical guidance and training for the club members in the form of joint operation with XX Painting and Calligraphy Art Association. Organize works selection activities from time to time, and the outstanding works will be sent by the association to participate in painting and calligraphy competitions at all levels. Organize members to carry out sketch activities in a timely manner.

7. Vocal Music Club. Recruit vocal music lovers from government agencies and form a vocal music club, which is mainly composed of two interest classes: guitar and chorus. Invite professional coaches to organize regular training, provide technical guidance for club members and provide venue guarantee for daily activities. On this basis, select outstanding personnel to form regional organ musical instrument teams and chorus teams, and organize players to participate in competitions at all levels in due course.

Third, the way of organization

Clubs are established according to the actual situation, and the Party Working Committee of directly under the authority District is responsible for the planning, organization and development of activities, as well as the daily management, coordination and service of clubs; District Cultural and Sports Tourism Bureau is responsible for contacting teachers, providing basic facilities for activities, coordinating the use of public cultural and sports venues, managing the teaching staff, guiding the teaching process and supervising the teaching quality; The District Organs Administration Bureau is responsible for coordinating the use of venues and equipment in the compound. The club organizes activities in its spare time, and the relevant units should assist in providing the resources needed for the activities.

IV. Promotion Plan

(1) Publicity. In July, the registration of cadres in party member was organized. All units should attach great importance to it, designate special personnel to follow it, strengthen their understanding of cadres in party member, carry out extensive and in-depth publicity, and report the registration to the Party Working Committee of the organ before July 24.

(2) Organizing the implementation. In late July, the organization was completed, and each organization worked out its own activity plan and related system, and reported the member list, plan and system to the Party Working Committee of the district direct organ and the district cultural and sports tourism bureau.
