Why is there no one in the uninhabited village of Shengshan Island?

The village on the island is called Monkey Head Bay Village. Due to its unique geographical location, it was once the richest fishing village in the 1950s, with 3,000 people at its peak. The villagers also built two or three-story houses, and the island was bustling.

The villagers are getting rich gradually. Many villagers moved out of the island for the convenience of life and transportation. Until 2002, under the leadership of the local government, the whole village of Houtouwan moved out and returned to Fumin Village, and the island became an uninhabited island.

The title of "Ghost Village" is because there is a cemetery next to the original Houtouwan Village. In addition, the village is now deserted, leaving only empty houses covered with green vines. From a distance, it feels like the Wizard of Oz.

The village of Houtouwan faces the sea and has four distinct seasons. Parthenocissus crawling all over the house changes color with the seasons. In the Spring Festival, the new Ye Gang was picked, and it was a piece of goose yellow;

In midsummer, stone houses are lush; In late autumn, Ye Er gradually turned red again, and the bright red color matched the blue ocean. When the winter wind blows, withered leaves rustle, leaving dark vines firmly attached to the wall.

The mysterious colors and unique scenery of this island have attracted countless photographers and tourists.
