From June 5438 to October 29, 2003 in Paris, the young filmmaker Paul worked as an editor in a B-class sci-fi film crew, but he was bent on becoming a real director. He spent all his spare time practicing his movie dream. He filmed a documentary "69/70", featuring himself and his girlfriend Marina, and constantly recorded fragments of their daily lives. Paul's film crew is called Dragonfly. Director Andega was carried away by the atmosphere of the times since 1968, and was eager to make his vulgar and boring film into a "revolution". When he couldn't make a climax at the end as requested by Italian producer Enzo, he tried to make his own decisions, and finally angered Enzo, who had a bad temper, and was ruthlessly fired. Felix, Andega's successor, failed to satisfy Enzo, so Paul unexpectedly took the top spot as director to clean up the mess left by them. His main task was to give the film an ending.

What the hell is this bad movie about? The story happened at 200 1. "Dragonfly" is the code name of sexy and charming female employees. Miss D is employed by Mr. H.Q. She is sent to dive into the dark world of the moon. Once a riot led by Mr. E. E. and his rogue group had a mysterious weapon of destruction, and D's task was to steal it. It is conceivable that Miss D and Mr. E naturally fell in love, but D escaped from the moon with weapons. ...

Paul knows that the film has no future, but he is still very excited. After all, this is his first chance to direct a "real" film independently! So he worked very hard. At the same time, his personal documentary continued to be filmed. Coffee cups, Marina's naked body, Paul sitting on the toilet talking to himself, etc. flooded this "honest" movie.

As two works with different styles were released at the same time, Paul's life became more and more chaotic. The distance between the script and real life seems to be shortened, and he is increasingly confused between reality and fantasy. He put more energy into the dragonfly, which is farther and farther away from his original ideal. Even his private life is involved. He secretly loves the beautiful valentina, the heroine of Dragonfly, but he wants to save his relationship with Marina. ...

From 65438 to 0969 in Paris, Paul made his first film, but he seemed to be getting farther and farther away from his dreams, which made him feel at a loss whether in life or in movies ... Each picture tells a story.

What is real? What is art? What is ... the ending?
