Organization of China Surveying and Mapping Society

There are currently 15 professional committees, including geodesy, photogrammetry and remote sensing, cartography and geographic information system, engineering surveying, surveying instruments, marine surveying, mine surveying, surveying economy and management, cadastral surveying and land information system, surveying education, scientific popularization, consultation, surveying terminology validation, China surveying history and editing of surveying and mapping journal, etc. These institutions are Surveying and Mapping Societies. Except for Taiwan Province Province, 3/kloc-0 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government have established Surveying and Mapping Societies, and there are more than 70 county-level Surveying and Mapping Societies. The local surveying and mapping society is guided by the Chinese Surveying and Mapping Society in business.

Integrated Coordination Office:

Responsible for putting forward the annual work plan and work summary; Responsible for learning official document operation and secretarial file management; Responsible for the unification of the seal of the management society; Responsible for administrative affairs, logistics and security; Responsible for the labor wages, medical insurance and welfare of the staff of the institute; Responsible for learning asset and financial management; Organizing board meetings, secretary general's office meetings, executive board meetings, academic work meetings, councils and member congresses; Responsible for contact and reception with local communities and related units; Responsible for the construction and management of branches; Editorial society internal briefing or briefing; Responsible for the annual inspection, statistical annual report and yearbook compilation; To undertake the daily work of the Science and Technology Award Office of the Society.

Academic Exchange Office (Technical Consulting and Training Office):

Office of Science and Technology Popularization (International Liaison Office):

Put forward plans and plans for popular science work; Organize popular science activities, hold national orienteering championships and orienteering grand prix in surveying and mapping industry; Responsible for international liaison, academic exchanges and foreign affairs; Organize exchanges and cooperation with non-governmental organizations and scholars from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan; Edit newsletters; Responsible for learning information construction and website operation, management and maintenance; Hold various exhibitions; To undertake the daily work of the popular science office of the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping; Undertake all kinds of popular science activities assigned by China Association for Science and Technology; Undertake the daily work of Surveying and Mapping Instrument Branch of China Instrument Industry Association; To undertake the daily work of the professional committee of surveying and mapping instruments.
