Introduction to the functions of various departments of the Student Union

The Student Union is an organization of students' self-management, self-education and self-service, and it is a bridge and link between schools and students. There are several departments under the Student Union, and each department has different functions. The following will introduce the functions of each department.

News Department

The news department is a department under the Student Union, which is mainly responsible for the news propaganda work of the college, including major issues, skills learning, writing, office applications, website management, photography, retouching, video production and so on. The news department needs a sense of responsibility and gossip spirit, and it is an all-round department.

presidium

The student union takes the presidium as the core of leadership, including a chairman and several vice-chairmen.

secretariat

The Secretariat is a department under the Presidium of the Student Union, which is mainly responsible for assisting the Presidium in making decisions, investigating and supervising the implementation of the work of student branches in various functional departments and departments of the Student Union, and managing the activity funds, files, meeting minutes, internal systems and daily affairs of the Student Union.

Learning Department

The learning department is responsible for the construction of style of study and academic activities. In order to improve students' learning awareness and create a campus learning atmosphere, we will carry out various activities that students love, organize academic lectures, understand and feedback the opinions and requirements of students in learning, build a bridge between teachers and students, and promote mutual exchanges between teachers and students.

organization department

The Organization Department is a department under the Student Union. Its main function is to assist the Youth League Committee to strengthen the ideological and organizational construction of the Communist Youth League in the whole hospital, as well as the training and management of Communist Youth League cadres.

Art department

The Literature and Art Department is responsible for all kinds of literary tasks assigned by the school, including interaction and networking activities between departments, parties and entertainment activities within departments, and small networking activities between classes.
