How to modify the photo background on the computer

First, we find the drawing software, which is available under every windows operating system: Click Start-All Programs-Accessories-Drawing, as shown in figure 1. So you can open the drawing software.

After opening the drawing software, we can load the ID photo, as shown in Figure 2, with a dark blue background. Next, we will demonstrate how to turn it into red.

If blue is a solid color, we can directly use the color filling tool, select red in "Color 1" and fill it, as shown in Figure 3.

If the color is not very pure, then we need to remove the background color by border clipping, as shown in Figure 4. Use the freeform graphics selection tool to crop the background.

As shown in figure 5, the blue background is cut here, and we can fill the color with the filling tool again.
