Reflections on the Teaching of Bridge Beauty
Beauty of the Bridge is a descriptive essay, which is different from the normative exposition of Chinese stone arch bridges. "Chinese Stone Arch Bridge" explains the form, structure, achievements and development of Chinese stone arch bridge from the perspective of bridge experts, so that students can acquire knowledge. Beauty of the Bridge discusses the aesthetic effect of the bridge in different environments from the painter's point of view. Different writing purposes have different writing methods. In this aesthetic essay, the author Wu Guanzhong commented on the beauty of this bridge with the eyes of a painter. The text first grasps the general characteristics of the object, that is, "the bridge has different aesthetic effects in different environments", and then verifies the "beauty of the bridge" through concrete and rich examples. The article has a strong sense of language and picture, which is very poetic.
I chose this article as the key discussion. First, the language of this article is very beautiful, and both teachers and students like it very much. Second, bridges are not uncommon in Conghua. Famous bridges include Jiekou Bridge, Shenzhen-Hong Kong Bridge, Liuxihe Rainbow Bridge, etc. It is convenient to guide students to discover and appreciate the "beauty of the bridge". So in the preparation stage, I not only downloaded the pictures of the Bridge, Suo Bridge and Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge on the Internet, but also photographed some famous bridges in Conghua with a digital camera. The most rewarding thing is to find a large group of egrets moving on the lake in Lihu Bridge, Liuxihe Mountain Villa, not far from Jiekou City. I used to see many egrets in Shantang Reservoir on Conghua TV, and I was very proud of the superiority of Conghua's natural environment. I didn't expect there to be egrets so close. The scenery is so beautiful. Egrets' leisurely foraging, perching and flying attracted me deeply. When I was inspired, I felt that egrets should occupy a very important position in my photos. There are egrets on the bridge, which will be more vital. I can extend it to the theme of "harmony between man and nature". In fact, I did it in class and received good results.
The new curriculum standard requires us to use local resources for learning. Students' personal knowledge, direct experience and life world are also important curriculum resources. Conghua Qingyun Park Lover Bridge and Jiekou Bridge are connected with students' lives, which makes students feel cordial, so they have a very good understanding of "the beauty of the bridge".
The teaching of this class is successful:
1. Well-prepared pictures attract students, which is better than simply saying them in words.
2. Teacher-student cooperation is good, and openness, expansion and extension are inseparable from the text.
3. Design according to students' reality and teachers' specialties, reflecting the characteristics of teachers and students.
4. Teachers' guidance skills have been improved.
Disadvantages:
1. Reading activities are not enough.
2. It's better to let the students speak, and don't let the teacher directly push out the answer (worrying about time).
3. Teachers' Putonghua needs to be improved.
