How to use the focus lock and focus range on Sony SAL70300G70-300mm F4.5-5.6 G SSM lens?

Hehe, it's the first time I met someone asking about this shot. I have one, and I am very satisfied with its performance.

The focus lock button is on the left side of the lens. Press this button to lock the focus after the shutter is half pressed to focus. At this time, when moving the viewing range, the focus range will not change.

The focus range is divided into three grades, MF, full and 3m- infinity.

MF is manual focusing. At this time, the manual focus ring can be unlocked and tightened.

All are in full focus, that is to say, the focus distance is from the nearest 1.2M- infinity, but the focus speed will be slower.

3M- Infinite distance, the focus range is limited to more than 3M. The advantage is faster, but the disadvantage is that you can't focus within 3 m. I usually use this because I use a telephoto lens, and the distance from the subject is usually more than 3 m.
