Because Shaoxing is one of the cradles of stinky tofu, a traditional snack in China, Shaoxing stinky tofu is famous all over the world, so I visited local famous teachers in Shaoxing, finally learned the traditional processing technology of Shaoxing stinky tofu, and then went back to the north for development. The husband and wife began to sell tricycles on the streets of Qingdao, and developed into famous local traditional folk snacks in Qingdao and Yantai.

Wang graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2008 with a master's degree in economic law. He worked in Guangzhou for some time. Later, I went back to Shandong to find a job because I took care of my parents. After repeated defeats, he rekindled his dream of starting a business. He tasted stinky tofu in the streets of Yantai, where he met zhangyan. Because of similar experiences, * * * hit it off with their own dreams and "the same taste", and two generations of entrepreneurial college students cooperated to develop the stinky tofu business.

"Carrying forward the national traditional culture and discovering local snacks" has become the mission and goal of stinky tofu. After just a few years of development, stinky tofu has developed rapidly by adhering to natural and green production technology, unique taste, perfect combination of traditional culture and fashion trends, perfect standardized operation system and win-win cooperation development concept.
