Magical 3D printed works
Magic 3D Printing Composition 1 Go to Wujin Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park to learn 3D printing technology in summer vacation.
On the day I went, it was blue and sunny. Sitting in my father's car, I asked my mother all the way about 3D printing. I was very excited.
After sitting in the car for about half an hour, I finally arrived at Wujin Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park. I couldn't wait to jump out of the car and follow my parents into a building. There is a counter at the door with small pendants of various colors on it. According to the aunt at the counter, these are all 3D printed!
Go further, it is the 3D printing learning hall. As soon as I walked in, I was attracted by a square machine: these machines were all black, with a white drum wrapped with white plastic thread. The machine is transparent all around, so you can see the inside of the machine clearly. There is a white tray in the center of the machine and a smaller machine above the tray. This machine is connected to a catheter with plastic thread in it. The smaller machine sprays things on the tray. An uncle was curious to see me and said, "This is called a 3D printer." Wow, this is the 3D printer I've always wanted to see! I quickly went to see how the 3D printer works. The uncle seemed to read my mind and said; "Don't worry, you can also do it yourself and print something later."
Finally, I have to learn 3D printing. My uncle asked us to sit in front of a row of computers and taught us to design a 3D printed comb. Open the software, draw a rectangle on the page and turn the rectangle into a cuboid ... After many complicated procedures, with the help of my uncle, I finally drew a comb with my mouse. Then, we save our combs in a USB flash drive, plug the USB flash drive into the USB jack on the 3D printer, and it's OK!
Two weeks later, the comb arrived at our house. Although it is not particularly exquisite, it means a lot to me!
Magical 3D printed composition 2 "Wow! What is that? Let's go and have a look! " As soon as we entered the maker space in Ounan, various works came into view. I made two steps in three steps, stepped forward and looked at these strange little things carefully, touching layers of lines from time to time. Is it a work printed by a 3D printer? What is a 3D printer like?
"They are great, aren't they? Let's hurry in and learn! " A word from the teacher of the big reporter made the small reporters flock, and they all sat there seriously, but they still couldn't restrain their little excitement, and quietly discussed the 3D printed works they just saw with their classmates. At this time, a kind uncle introduced the basic knowledge about 3D printing to young reporters: the material used in 3D printing is polylactic acid (PLA), which is extracted from plant resources. In the natural environment, the decomposition speed is definitely hundreds or even thousands of times faster than that of plastic, so it is very environmentally friendly, and the production cycle is short, easy to carry, involving aerospace, agriculture, food and many other aspects. Especially in the aerospace field, every part of the rocket is very complicated, and it takes several months to rely on traditional methods. It must take years for so many parts. If you use 3D printing technology, it will be much more convenient ... Listening to my uncle's explanation, my head is running at high speed, and I can't wait to know all the 3D printing knowledge at once.
Then we started to do it ourselves. A series of sophisticated printers are placed in the center of the room. I opened my eyes and observed carefully. I found some fine lines on the printer. Does this 3D printer also print? I asked the teacher, and it really happened! I was surprised at what I found. Under the guidance of the teacher, I began to operate this printer. Under my control, I saw a nozzle go up and down from time to time, turn left and right, and spit out some melted PLA from time to time, just like a pair of dexterous hands, constantly creating. Ten minutes later, an assembled bicycle model was born. Looking at my 3D works, I can't help but sigh the magic of 3D printers, the magic of modern technology and the power of knowledge.
Magical 3D Printing Composition 3 On July 16, the 3D Dream Town on the first floor of Life Plaza in Sunshine City, California, USA was very lively-our reporters from Xiaoshan Daily were gathering together to create their own "stage" with 3D technology!
After the teacher introduced us to the 3D printing technology and the usage of the 3D graffiti pen, we started to complete the goal of today's activity in groups-designing a framework with the 3D graffiti pen.
The exciting moment has finally arrived! I can't wait to pick up the dolphin graffiti pen, plug it in, turn to the letter PLA file, and gently insert the color bar after the red light turns blue. First, I painted the glasses frame pink according to the glasses drawings given by the teacher, and then put a circle of black on the outside of the pink, plus two small butterflies, and the main body of the glasses frame was completed. Next, the glasses feet. I put the white colored strip in, and when it gradually melted and flowed out, I quickly covered my feet, and then I decorated some patterns on it.
The hardest part is the molding step. I tore the painted picture frame and feet off the paper and stuck them together with a graffiti pen. But the mirror feet are very disobedient, shaking to the left and twisting to the right for a while. What a naughty guy! What shall we do? I'll ask my mother to hold it for me, fix it with a graffiti pen first, and then add more mucus. Now, it will listen to me!
Wow! The first pair of 3D glasses I made is finally ready! But because it's the first time to do it, the thickness is not enough, so it's a little soft. But, it doesn't matter, I learned a lesson this time, and I will make progress next time!
I hope the magical 3D technology can be applied to more places!
