Wei Min’s personal profile
He received his Bachelor of Science, Master's and Doctoral degrees from the School of Life Sciences of Northeast Normal University in 1994, 1997 and 2003 respectively. From 2005 to 2010, he successively engaged in scientific research at the Graduate School of Medicine, Kyoto University, Japan, as a postdoctoral fellow, Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) foreign special researcher, and researcher.
Now he is mainly responsible for the theoretical and experimental teaching of the basic course "Biochemistry" for undergraduate majors in the School of Life Sciences. Currently, he is mainly engaged in research on the role and molecular mechanism of the lectin molecule family in the formation of tumor immune tolerance, and the role and mechanism of somatic hypermutation (SHM) of antibodies in the formation of autoimmune diseases. He has undertaken research on a number of topics such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Education’s Science and Technology Research Key Project, and the Jilin Province Science and Technology Development Plan Project. *** Published 22 scientific research papers, including 14 SCI papers, 8 SCI papers by the first author or corresponding author; published 1 textbook.
