The military and civilian examination is divided into two parts: written examination and interview. Written test content

The written test consists of public subjects and professional subjects, with a full score of 100 for each subject, and the final score accounts for 30% of each subject. Written examination materials can be downloaded from "Military Talent Network". Public subjects are unified, professional subjects are divided into 44 majors in 13 categories, and special examination papers are set up for minority languages and minority language posts.

The public * * * subject examination consists of basic knowledge and post ability. The assessment direction of basic knowledge is politics, economy, law, national defense army, humanities and society, etc. The question type is single+multiple ***60, and the score is 40 points; Language understanding, quantitative relationship, judgment and reasoning, data analysis. The number of questions is 50, and the score is 60.

Professional subjects examine candidates' professional knowledge, and the number and composition of different subjects are different. Mathematics subjects are mainly single-choice questions, and nursing is composed of single-choice questions and multiple-choice questions. On the basis of objective questions, Chinese language and literature has added subjective questions, such as appreciation questions and literary creation questions. Interview examination content

Military interview generally consists of three forms, namely structured interview, scenario simulation and questioning.

Structured interview: examine comprehensive quality, expression ability, problem-solving ability, improvisation ability and communication ability; Examining professional ability is related to applying for a major.

Scenario simulation: investigate the practical ability of professional direction, apply for teaching assistant position, and assess teaching ability; Apply for fine arts jobs and assess talent display.

Question session: This session is random, and the examiner will ask questions randomly, which requires candidates to have strong adaptability.
