How do experts and scholars view the planning and construction of Jiangnan concentrated area? What good development ideas do they have? A few days ago, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Anhui Province organized an expert seminar on the preliminary study of the master plan of Jiangnan industrial concentration area and the regulatory detailed plan of the starting area.

Under the general idea of "paying attention to the realization of strategic objectives-based on the development of new city model-coordinating the overall conceptual layout-implementing recent strategic actions", experts have reached a * * understanding of planning research and suggested paying attention to the following aspects. First, further in-depth study of the overall positioning of the agglomeration area, combined with the overall strategic deployment of urbanization development in the province, according to the need to optimize the spatial pattern of cities and towns in the province, according to the development idea of "urbanization in the same pool" and the need to undertake industrial transfer, carefully plan the functional positioning and development strategy of the Jiangnan agglomeration area.

Second, the overall layout of concentrated areas should pay attention to the connection with the overall planning of Tongling and Chizhou. Starting from Tongling and Chizhou, one district (concentrated area), one mountain (Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area) and one bank (Yangtze River coastline), the industrial, public facilities and regional green land are rationally distributed, and the enjoyment of regional major transportation facilities and other infrastructure is paid attention to.

Third, planning to build a regional comprehensive transportation hub with a larger scale and higher strategic height, focusing on the layout of expressways, intercity rail transit, ports, airports and other facilities, actively exploring the possibility of building a second transportation corridor between Tongchi, and accelerating the related work of adding stations and entrances and exits in concentrated areas for Ning 'an intercity railway and Jiang Yan Expressway.

Fourth, properly handle the relationship between ecological protection and construction and development, in accordance with the concept of ecological priority, deeply analyze the industrial types suitable for the ecological environment characteristics of Jiangnan agglomeration area, scientifically and reasonably determine the spatial capacity and construction land of agglomeration area, clearly prohibit the scope of construction land, and strictly control and protect regional ecological corridors and ecological spaces.

Fifth, strengthen the research on the utilization of the Yangtze River shoreline and water resources protection, analyze the impact of the Yangtze River flood control, the utilization of water resources in upstream and downstream cities and the protection of aquatic organisms on concentrated areas, strengthen the research on the renovation and utilization of transit water systems and rivers in the region, combine the drainage characteristics and landscape considerations, sort out the regional water systems, and reasonably determine the layout scheme of water supply, drainage and sewage treatment facilities.
