Gannan, the full name of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, is one of the ten Tibetan autonomous prefectures in China. Gahai Lake

Gahai Lake, the largest freshwater lake in Gannan, is an important wetland in the eastern part of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Known as the pearl of the plateau. 1982 was named provincial migratory bird nature reserve.

The area where Gahai Lake is located is called "Cuoning" by Tibetans, that is, "the place where yaks walk".

Legend has it that a long time ago, on the beautiful grassland of Gatan, seven fairies sang and danced lightly. When picking wild flowers, they lost an emerald and suddenly turned into a sacred lake with blue waves and vast smoke waves. You can't travel to Gannan without going to Luqu, and you can't miss Gahai Lake. In summer, Gahai, the endless grassland is full of wild flowers, and there is a gathering of thousands of birds in the fox. This is the real mirror of Shambhala and Luqu Plateau in the snowy plateau.

The first bend of the Yellow River.

On the Maqu grassland of more than 10,000 square kilometers of the Yellow River, it enters from the southwest and then exits from the northwest, forming the largest of the nine bends.

A 433-kilometer-long "First Bend of the Jiuqu Yellow River" was formed in Maqu County from the vast eastern part of Bayan Kara. Maiwa Temple, also known as Fanxiang Daci Falun Forest. It is the most famous Tibetan Buddhist temple in Hongyuan and the largest in Ma Ning Sect of Tibetan Buddhism in northwest Sichuan. The temple is located in Koch Township between Hongyuan County and Zoige Highway in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture of A Mu, 27 kilometers away from Hongyuan County.

There is a peace tower in Maiwa Temple. It is the highest Bodhi Pagoda in the world.
