Years are long. After experiencing the turmoil of war and the hardships of life, Ling Yumen stepped into the new China. Ling Lao in his later years is happy to see the prosperous times, and he is deeply willing to do his bit for the country in his lifetime. In the past 20 years, Ling Lao's works have attracted many artists and calligraphy lovers in major activities such as the 40th anniversary of the National Day National Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition, the "Oriental Cup" National Painting and Calligraphy Competition, the cross-strait exhibition of famous painters and painters, the joint exhibition of Chinese and foreign painting and calligraphy artists, and the first international painting and calligraphy photography exhibition. At the same time, his works have been exhibited in Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong, and incorporated into the Hanke Garden Forest of Steles. Ling Lao Mo Bao is hidden in the International Hall of Fame, the World Hall of Fame, Peking University, Fukui University, and many provincial and municipal art galleries, museums and libraries. Ling Lao's artistic course is recorded in dozens of dictionaries, such as China Contemporary Calligraphers Dictionary, Who's Who in China Book Circle, Classic of World Calligraphers, A Mirror of Modern Chinese and Japanese Art, People in China, Who's Who in the World and Who's Who in China Literature and Art, and his handwriting is left on the plaque of Taoist Temple.

Ling Lao has also won the titles of "China Contemporary Master of Painting and Calligraphy", "World Master of Painting and Calligraphy" and "Silver Award Artist of International Painting and Calligraphy Art", and has also served as a consultant to domestic and foreign cultural and artistic groups such as the International Artists Federation, Confucius Institute in Asia, China Peaceful Reunification Alliance, China Painters Association and China Painting and Calligraphy Art Research Association. Since 1984, mass cultural organizations such as Jiaxing Calligraphy and Painting Society and China Wangdezu Calligraphy and Painting Art Museum have been established successively with Mr. Kong Xiangcan, the 75th grandson of Confucius, Mr. Qian Dingcheng, Mr. Zhuang Yifu, Mr. Zhang Daqian, Mr. Wang Dezu, the disciple of Rong. He has made considerable contributions to the development of China's traditional Mandarin art.1In late September, 1997, at the invitation of China Forestry Department, Beijing Jingdao Art Park and Capital Painting and Calligraphy Institute, he and the famous painter Ms. Wang Dezu went to the capital to participate in the 1997 National Day celebration, which was well received by people from all walks of life in Beijing.

1999 Autumn, by chance, Ling Lao went to Nanxun. Small bridges and flowing water. Ancient Tree Academy. Simple folk customs. The unique scenery of the ancient town of Jiangnan water town deeply attracted him. In the autumn of 2002, the sweet-scented osmanthus was fragrant, and Ling Lao once again came to the beautiful Nanxun and lived in Jiu 'an apartment in the town.

Ling Lao, a hundred years old, walks without crutches, eclipses 1 kg, and is often a vegetarian; Read the newspaper without glasses and walk a few miles with 5 kilograms on your back.

The old man is straightforward by nature and scary when he loses his temper. After that, he was fine, and he didn't remember the difference. No matter how poor or rich you are, you like playing with children. After every meal, you sit for half an hour and then walk for half an hour. After practicing calligraphy every day, the old people go to the club gym to exercise, and treadmills, treadmills, massage machines and the like are all moving; From time to time, I will play sandbags and lift dumbbells for fun; Go to the library, chess room and tea room. Life has its own fun!

Ling Lao's "regimen" is: two cups of boiled water every morning and 6-7 cups of tea every day; Sleep for no more than 6 hours at a time, take a nap 1 hour; Shut up and bite the bullet when you pee ... old people like to sit still, too. He said: "When you sit still, you should concentrate, and your mind should be full of blue sky and white clouds, just like rising to the clouds. The old man also said: "In addition to maintaining your health, your mind should be clean, compassionate, open and equal, always care about others and try your best to help the poor!" "! Take all the old people who are willing to seek scholars as disciples, and Yao Danping, the grandson, as the first disciple. His disciples are Cheng Ganfeng, Bao Genhai and Xu Jiantang.

Old people often say that health is in their own hands, and the secret of longevity lies in tolerance and contentment. The word "contentment" refers to life. Don't be greedy for wine, sex and money. If people just want to eat well, dress well, live well, play well, have a high status, be rich in gold, silver and Man Cang and never be satisfied, it will be difficult to have fun. People who can't enjoy themselves often, even if they have fairyland-like conditions, are very sure to live to 80 years old. People should never be satisfied with their studies and careers, and firmly believe that "self-confidence in life for two hundred years is like a water hammer hitting three thousand miles." With this mentality, Ling Lao's heart is full of hope, and his life is always youthful and healthy.
