Plot

In 1950, Zhou Changmin, an engineer at a military factory in Northeast China, successfully developed a new type of air defense weapon. Taiwan's Kuomintang sent agent Bai Bingzhong to pretend to be the nephew of Zhou Changmin's old friend and come to the factory from Hong Kong to participate in the improvement of auxiliary parts. He once deceived the trust of the factory, but he was closely monitored by the public security department. Soon, Bai Bingzhong took the opportunity to steal the key to the safe where the drawings were stored. The hidden Italian spy leader Bishop He instructed the spy Father Shi to steal the keys, which aroused the locksmith's suspicion and reported him to the public security department. Director Dong learned from the incident, quickly corrected the mistake, and strengthened the safety and security of the factory. Bai Bingzhong stole the blueprints and used instigation, threats and inducements to trick Zhou Changmin into going to Hong Kong. Zhou Changmin was unmoved and immediately reported the situation to Director Dong. Only then did he realize that what Bai Bingzhong had stolen was a fake drawing and that it had actually been hidden somewhere else. Bishop He saw that his goal had not been achieved and the matter had been exposed, so he ordered Bai Bingzhong to assassinate Zhou Changmin. At the same time, he sent people to follow closely, waiting for an opportunity to assassinate Bai Bingzhong in order to silence him. However, the public security department has already cast a dragnet and, with the help of the masses, has caught all the spies.

Fourth director "A Dream of Red Mansions"

2004 The 83-year-old Huang Zumo worked tirelessly and came to Rong with his 80-year-old wife to serve as the chief director of the youthful Yue Opera Troupe's revival of "A Dream of Red Mansions". This is his fourth time directing "A Dream of Red Mansions" since 1954. This newspaper The reporter interviewed him exclusively yesterday.

"Xie Jin is my matchmaker"

When talking about his fate with Yue Opera, Huang Zumo said, "This is the credit of his wife Jia Shunhua and director Xie Jin." It turns out that during the Anti-Japanese War, Yin Guifang, the "Emperor of Yue Opera", founded the Youth Yue Opera Troupe in Shanghai. At that time, 17-year-old Jia Shunhua was regarded as a "veteran" figure as the "logistics manager" of the troupe. In 1949, due to the current situation, the Youth Yue Opera Troupe was disbanded and Yin Guifang went to Hong Kong. In 1950, Jia Shunhua and others went to Hong Kong twice to persuade Yin Guifang to return to China and re-establish the Youth Yue Opera Troupe.

Huang Zumo said: "The Youth Yue Opera Troupe after its re-establishment lacked choreographers. After being introduced by Xie Jin, my classmate at the National College of Drama, I joined the Youth Yue Opera Troupe to direct the Youth Yue Opera Troupe after its re-establishment. The first major drama "Jade Dragonfly" (old version), where I met my wife. With the success of "Jade Dragonfly", I married Jia Shunhua in 1952, and Xie Jin was our matchmaker."

With The Inextricable Fate of "Dream of Red Mansions"

In Huang Zumou's career as a director, he has always left a sky for Yue opera. In 1954, Fanghua rehearsed "Baoyu and Daiyu" written by Su Qing, and the director invited was Huang Zumo. This can be regarded as another version of "A Dream of Red Mansions" on the Yue Opera stage. In 1962, the Fanghua Troupe, which had moved to Fujian for development, returned to Shanghai for the first time and invited Huang Zumo to direct "Dream of Red Mansions" written by Xu Jin. The play was later adapted into the movie screen and became the Yue Opera version of "Dream of Red Mansions" with hundreds of millions of viewers.

In 1987, in order to revitalize "Youth", Yin Guifang, who was already paralyzed at the time, once again invited Huang Zumo to "come out" and rehearse "A Dream of Red Mansions" for the Fujian Youth Theater Troupe. Huang Zumo said: "This is the best version of "A Dream of Red Mansions" that I have directed in my life. At that time, Wang Junan, who played Jia Baoyu, was 17 years old, and Li Min, who played Lin Daiyu, was 18 years old. They were full of youthful atmosphere. Since then, "A Dream of Red Mansions" has been performed in Shanghai, Beijing, and More than 100 performances were performed in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other places, which made Wang Junan and Li Min famous in one fell swoop and became famous actors on the national Yue Opera stage."

The new "Dream of Red Mansions" "has changed a little"

< p> Speaking of this year's fourth director "A Dream of Red Mansions", Huang Zumo said: "As society develops, drama must also progress. There is no perfect art on the stage. Even in the 1987 version of "A Dream of Red Mansions" that was praised by everyone, I think there are still details that deserve modification. The purpose of my director this time is to 'make a small difference'."

When talking about the content of "small changes", Huang Zumo talked about four aspects. First, the prologue was more grand, showing the Rongguo Mansion. The luxurious life in the heyday; secondly, the traditional "Dream of Red Mansions" Daiyu left the audience with the impression of being frail and sentimental when she appeared, but now the appearance of Daiyu in "Dream of Red Mansions" reveals her childishness, innocence and youth; thirdly, the new version of "Dream of Red Mansions" With the help of four props: poetry handkerchief, Yaoqin, parrot, and flower hoe, the four props are used to echo each other; fourthly, fantasy and poetry are used as the charm of the new version of "Dream of Red Mansions".
