In order to meet the needs above the base area, I suggest scheme one.
The reason why the flash is not selected is that the flash flashes only at the moment of shooting, and it is not easy to observe the effect of the light carefully in advance.
Experienced photographers can use modeling lights to match the light, but it is difficult for novices.
Not as direct as four times light.
Is it light enough? On the one hand, you can see the skill of lighting, on the other hand, you can shoot still life, and you are not afraid of long exposure.
Of course, both schemes require you to have a stable tripod.
Mounting the camera on a tripod is the so-called "insufficient light", and exposure for a second or two doesn't matter.
When the camera is fixed, it doesn't move. Of course, clothes don't move by themselves. No need for a large aperture. F8, put it on the best aperture. Aperture priority. Go ahead.
It's just your still life shed, made of white cloth, foldable, cubic, with a hole in the front. If you put the product in, you can shoot everything, but I'm afraid it won't fit, even though there are big ones.
But it doesn't matter. Make good use of the four lights (two, right) you put on the soft box, and make good lighting, even if there is no shed.
Supplement:
The camera is fine.
If continuous light is used (that is, four lights are used), both A and M gears are acceptable.
Only by shooting with files can exposure compensation be used correctly to adjust exposure.
No matter what kind of lamp is used, darkness can be collectively referred to as not shooting.
Specifically, it may be a photometric problem that further affects the correct exposure.
I can't say the correct exposure time, mainly depends on the distance between your lamp and the subject and the depth of the subject's color. The so-called long exposure is relative. Flash exposure usually takes only about one hundredth of a second.
Your exposure time with a quadruple lamp may be longer, and I believe it will never be slower than 1 second. Really bad 100 times! But it shouldn't affect your shooting progress, should it?
Studio flash is the right choice for studio shooting.
Just because the flash is a flash, I'm afraid you can't control it and master it.
Especially when the light is on and it doesn't flash, you can't see it on; I guess you can't see anything clearly when it flashes for a thousandth of a second.
I just think what you see is what you get. It's intuitive. Do you have any experience in shed shooting? So I recommend the four-light scheme.
The output brightness of quadruple light is definitely not as high as that of flash, but it is not affected, because what you shoot does not conflict with it.
If you are shooting a real model, I definitely don't recommend four lights, but you should use the studio flash.
There is another thing that needs your attention. Take a lesson on the white balance of your camera in advance.
Especially manual white balance.
You must use this when you want to shoot with four lights.
Strictly speaking, the flash should also have the problem of white balance, but if you put the automatic white balance, the problem will not be great.
