What kind of camera light should I choose to shoot still life? How many/much?

Both dedicated fluorescent lamps and large flash lamps are acceptable.

It's good to shoot with a translucent still life table or a still life cover.

Still life hood can effectively prevent stray light reflected from the surface of the object and make the light receive evenly.

It is best to have more than three lamps to ensure uniformity and adjust nuances.
