Nanjing Media College, referred to as Nanchuan, is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. It is a full-time private undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. It is the only media undergraduate college in Jiangsu Province, and it has been selected into Jiangsu-Hong Kong-Macao University Cooperation Alliance, Soviet-Korean University Cooperation Alliance and Jiangsu Chinese International Education Cooperation Alliance.

The school was established on September 6th, 2004. Co-organized by Communication University of China and Huaxia Audio-visual Media Group, it was later renamed Nanguang College of Communication University of China. On March 30, 2020, the Ministry of Education agreed that Nanguang College of Communication University of China should be transformed into Nanjing Communication College, and at the same time, the establishment of Nanguang College of Communication University of China should be cancelled, and the organizer was Nanjing Meiya Education Investment Co., Ltd.

The school is located in Jiangning District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province. It has Jiangning main campus and Jiangning Riverside campus of Fangshan University, with a total area of more than 2,000 mu and total fixed assets of 3 billion yuan.
