Fengtian is located in the throat of the three northeastern provinces, and has a superior geographical position. From 1906, after the Russo-Japanese War, Japan Nanman Railway Co., Ltd. began to build the "Fengtian Subsidiary of Nanman Railway". 1909, Manchuria Railway built "Fengtian Station" (now Shenyang Railway Station) and built three radial streets centered on "Fengtian Station" in an attempt to permanently occupy Shenyang as a base for all-round aggression against China.
