How do the United States and Xiu Xiu dig official seals?

Step 1: Open Meitu Xiu Xiu software and click the "Open" button at the top right.

Step 2: Select the seal image to be extracted and open it.

Step 3: Select "matting pen" from "various brushes" on the left.

Step 4: In the pop-up matting style dialog box, select Auto Matting.

Step 5: Draw a circle around the seal, first remove the background of the seal picture, and click the "Finish Cutout" button.

Step 6: Adjust the picked-up picture to a suitable size, and click OK.

Step 7: Select the "matting pen" again to automatically matting.

Step 8: Remove the white background inside the seal and click "Finish the matting".

Step 9: Click the "Save" button to save the picture in png format, or click the "Save the foreground as material" button to save the picked seal as material.
