In fact, through the remarks function of WPS demonstration, lesson plans and demonstration production can be combined into one, so that lesson preparation, lesson plans and demonstration courseware can be carried out at the same time. In teaching, teachers can display lesson plans and demonstration courseware at the same time, while students only see demonstration courseware. In this way, teachers have smoother thinking, higher work efficiency and better teaching effect in the process of teaching preparation and implementation.

First, the difference between lesson plans and demonstration courseware

Teaching plan is a specific teaching design scheme for teachers to refer to in teaching. Usually we use WPS text to make electronic lesson plans, which generally express the following elements in the form of words or tables:

Theme (explain the theme of this lesson)

Teaching purpose (or teaching requirements, teaching objectives, teaching tasks to be achieved in this course)

Class type (explain what kind of class it belongs to, such as Protestantism, review class, practice class, operation class, etc.). )

Teaching focus (explain the key problems that must be solved in this course)

Teaching difficulties (problems that easily lead to difficulties and obstacles in learning this course)

Teaching process (this is the main body of the teaching plan, explaining the specific teaching steps, contents, methods and strategies, etc. )

Homework (explain content, requirements, how to complete, etc.). )

Media design (explain which media are used in classroom teaching to express teaching content, blackboard design, etc. )

Preparation of teaching AIDS (explain the auxiliary teaching AIDS needed)

Postscript of teaching (after teaching, record the reflection of teaching feelings or improvement opinions to prepare for the next teaching concern)

The demonstration courseware demonstrates the teaching content through the slide page, which is mainly used in the specific teaching process and plays an auxiliary role in teaching. Its elements are the teaching information (in the form of words, graphics, images, sounds, animations, videos and other multimedia) that needs to be displayed in all aspects of the teaching process. Usually, on the basis of electronic lesson plans, according to the specific teaching process, WPS demonstration courseware is used to make demonstrations.

Electronic lesson plans are generally expressed in words with a large amount of information, and the words in the page are small, which can accommodate a large amount of text content. They are used by printing manuscripts in specific teaching and are suitable for teachers to read alone. Demonstration courseware is provided for students to watch. In order to effectively convey the teaching information, it is necessary to display it with large multimedia information such as words, so that each slide page can not accommodate too many words, so the teaching content can only be expressed with short keywords (abstracts) after refining. In specific teaching, teachers demonstrate the main points and cooperate with language explanation to realize the effective transmission of teaching information.

There are some defects in the separation of teaching plan and demonstration courseware: first, the production efficiency is low, and the teaching plan and demonstration courseware need to be designed and produced separately, which is time-consuming and laborious; Second, the production ideas are not smooth, and how to make demonstration courseware is generally not considered when designing and making teaching plans, but it is often difficult to meet the design requirements in teaching plans when making demonstration courseware, so it is necessary to change the teaching design and modify the teaching plans; Third, the use effect is poor, because there are only key points on the slide page during the presentation, and teachers need to constantly take out printed lesson plans for reference when explaining the language. The teacher's eyes switch back and forth between the computer screen and the printed manuscript, and students will also think that the teacher has not prepared enough lessons and the teaching is not smooth, thus affecting the teaching effect.

Second, the use of notes, so that teaching plans, demonstrations in one.

Using the remarks function of WPS demonstration, you can express the teaching plan with remarks, and the slide page is used for teaching demonstration. For example, on the first slide, the teaching theme is displayed, and its remarks explain the teaching purpose, class type, class hour, teaching emphasis and difficulty, teaching aid preparation and other elements; Then through a series of slides to express the information display in the teaching process, the teaching content, teaching methods, strategies and precautions are expressed in detail in the corresponding slide notes; Show the topic on the homework or exercise slide, and explain the problem-solving ideas, precautions or detailed problem-solving process, homework requirements, etc. In the corresponding remarks; Add the teaching postscript in the remarks of the closing slide, so as to pay attention to it in the future teaching.

The combination of lesson plan and demonstration enables us to make courseware and lesson plan at the same time. Courseware production is completed, and the teaching plan is also completed at the same time. Lesson preparation and courseware production are completed in one go. This greatly improves the efficiency of preparing lessons and makes teaching ideas more coherent, because when preparing lessons, you can think of the effect of using demonstrations, teaching methods and strategies, and teaching precautions, which can be indicated in the remarks accordingly and can be referenced in specific teaching.

Three, teaching plan, demonstration of two-in-one courseware use skills

There are two main ways to use lesson plans and demonstration courseware, one is to assist teachers in teaching, and the other is to assist students in learning.

1, assisting teachers in teaching

When the teacher is teaching, the courseware is demonstrated by large screen projection. With proper settings, teachers' computer screens can display slides and notes (lesson plans) at the same time, while students can only see slides on the big screen. This method requires some computers for demonstration. First, it can be connected to a digital projector through a laptop. The second type is a desktop with dual monitors (the graphics card has two outputs or dual graphics cards are installed), one way is connected to the computer monitor and the other way is connected to the digital projector.

After turning on the device, open the WPS presentation file and menu slide show to watch the show (or press F5). At this time, a prompt box will pop up (in WPS20 10 version), as shown in figure 1, prompting to demonstrate which way. If the speaker and the audience watch in the same way, the teacher's computer display is the same as the projection display for the students, and all the slides will be displayed in full screen; If the speaker watches something with browsing function, which is different from the audience, the teacher's computer monitor displays a variety of contents, including slide presentation effect, slide list, outline view, notes, playing and presentation tools, etc. However, the projection for students only displays slides in full screen, as shown in Figure 2, in which the upper left picture shows the default display interface of teachers' computers, the lower left picture shows the setup display interface of teachers' computers, and the right picture shows the projector display interface. This dual-screen and different demonstration methods can make the teacher's teaching very flexible and convenient: first, you can browse the notes while demonstrating, and better explain the teaching content that is not in the slide through the lesson plan tips in the notes; Second, you can switch the slides that need to be demonstrated at any time; Third, it is convenient to call various demonstration tools, such as markers, colors, erasers, white screens and black screens, and use magnifying glass functions; Fourthly, you can right-click the shortcut menu in each part of the browsing view to make more settings, but these operations are invisible to the students, thus avoiding the information interference caused by the teachers' operations unrelated to the teaching content being displayed in front of the students at the same time in the conventional demonstration, and improving the teaching demonstration effect.

If the selection prompt box of figure 1 does not appear, set the projection mode in the WPS presentation, set the projection mode in the menu slide show, check whether it is necessary to change the projection mode when starting to play in the multi-monitor bar of the opened dialog box (as shown in Figure 3), set the slide show to be displayed on the monitor 2, and check the presenter's view. Click the Dual-screen Extended Mode Wizard to set the display properties of dual screens to make the display more perfect.

Compared with PowerPoint, PowerPoint has similar functions, but it is more complicated to set up, and the presenter view is not as rich in content and convenient to use as WPS.

2. Help students study

In addition to copying courseware directly to students, you can also print out teaching plans and demonstration contents for students to use as study handouts, and of course, it can also be used as teachers' teaching reference and teaching inspection. The method is: print the menu file and it will appear in the print dialog box, as shown in Figure 4. Set the printing content as a note page, with 3 slides per page, and make other settings. After confirmation, you can print the illustrated teaching plan in slide+note style.
