Does the high-speed speed camera flash at night?

High speed cameras don't flash at night. The radar velocimeter calculates the moving speed of the measured object according to the frequency shift of the received reflected wave. The radar beam has a large irradiation area, so the radar velocimeter can easily capture the target without precise aiming.

There are generally five kinds of road speed measuring heads:

1. The box is usually placed on the side of the road, almost as high as the cab. This speed measuring device will not flash when taking pictures;

2. Hanging type, this speed measuring device can be used for many purposes, one is to monitor the flow, and the other is to measure the speed. Every car will be photographed when monitoring the traffic, but only for illegal vehicles when measuring the speed, but there is no flashing function;

3. When driving, it is generally temporarily placed on the right side of the road, and there is no flash device. If there is a speeding car, there will be a notice within a few kilometers ahead, and the vehicle with XX license plate number is speeding XXX.

4. Equipped with vehicle-mounted multi-purpose radar velocimeter and high-speed traffic police. This car can be used to shoot while driving, or stop in the emergency lane for constant speed measurement;

The car is fixed, which is generally the case on ordinary roads. Is it a cat in the flowers on the roadside, or on the hood of a police car, in the cab and so on. The speed camera of expressway is generally located in the middle of the road, not very high. Most of the shots are aimed at the rear of the car, and a few are aimed at the front of the car. There is a data acquisition box rod behind the speed measuring lens rod.
