Conditions for application of China Photography Award

(1) Applicants must have works that have been published and won awards many times at home and abroad and have a good influence.

(2) The authors who have won the gold medal can continue to declare, but they must submit their new works after winning the last prize to participate in the same award.

(3) The declared works should have a breakthrough in creative ideas and methods, and the content and form of the works should be organically combined, which has a high aesthetic realm.

Participants in the Innovation Award should provide:

(1) 20 works reflecting my creative level and style (specification: 16 inch, not mounted);

(2) At least 4 certificates and samples of published and award-winning works at home and abroad (20 works can also be included), and my portfolio can also be attached;

(3) A text of about 1000 words, briefly describing my understanding and thinking about photography.

(4) Other valid certification materials. (1) adhere to the principle of "two take one" and correctly guide public opinion;

(2) publishing articles and comments on photography theory in newspapers and periodicals with more than 654.38 million words, or publishing monographs on photography theory and comments.

(3) He has made outstanding achievements in one aspect of photography theory research or photography criticism, and has been widely recognized by the photography community.

Participants in the theoretical review award should provide:

(1) I have 10 representative articles or 1-2 theoretical review monographs.

(2) a copy of the individual award certificate and other valid certification materials.

Those who have won the "Five One Projects" Award, the National Book Award or the Literary Criticism Award of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles are preferred. (1) Engaged in photo editing 10 years or more, with the title of editor or above.

(2) The idea of picture editing is clear, the visual language is mastered and used skillfully, and the graphic practice has its own opinions, and the layout design style has its own characteristics. The column I presided over won wide acclaim from readers.

(3) I have written 1-2 original papers on picture understanding and layout design.

Participants in the photo editing award should provide:

(1) My work certificate (stamped with the official seal of the unit and the superior competent department).

(2) Three photos published in my newspaper or online (original newspaper and online manuscript are printed on fine paper)

(3) I wrote 1-2 papers on photo editing and other award-winning documents. (1) Engaged in editing photography books 10 years or more, with the title of editor or above.

(2) Innovating in book planning, editing and binding design, and forming a unique personal style. The book has produced good communication effect and great response in the society.

(3) Planning, editing or binding more than 0 photographic books 10.

Book Award participants should provide:

(1) My work certificate (stamped with the official seal of the unit and the superior competent department).

(2) I edited, planned or designed ten books.

(3) A copy of my award-winning certificate and other valid certification materials.

Winners of national book planning, editing or binding design are preferred. Those who have made great contributions and great influence in photography can declare or be recommended for lifetime achievement award.

Participants in the Lifetime Achievement Award shall be recommended in writing by at least two vice-chairmen or four directors of the China Photographers Association; And submit their own representative works (picture books or theoretical summary monographs), proof materials and written opinions of the recommending units.
