How is the design level of Eason Chan's album cover determined?

The cover of Eason Chan's latest EP "Taste the Atmosphere" was shot in Rotten Head Camp on Lantau Island. Stone houses built of granite on barren hills are located on lawns more than 700 meters high in Dadong Mountain and Erdong Mountain in the second section of Phoenix Trail on Lantau Island. Stone houses have been left over from the 1930s to today. During the colonial period, some British soldiers were on duty and on vacation here (it was also said that they were used as summer resorts by missionaries, and the real origin is unknown). It is reported that Eason's team set off at 3 am and climbed the mountain for two and a half hours before reaching the destination, in order to take photos of envelopes under the fog at sunrise. The photo was taken by photographer Xia Yongkang, and the map is here. The easiest and quickest way is to take a bus from Tung Chung to Bogong 'ao, which is more than 400 meters high, and then walk two kilometers to more than 800 meters high, which requires a certain amount of physical strength. In fact, this website has introduced Dadongshan once before (but that was three years ago).
