Entrusted by Longhui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hunan Zhongke Project Management Co., Ltd. conducted domestic public bidding for the medical equipment procurement project of Longhui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Suppliers interested in this project are welcome to bid. 1. 2. Supplier qualification requirements:

2. 1 The supplier must be a valid authorization certificate of the manufacturer or the manufacturer of the equipment it invests in;

2.2 The supplier must have a medical device production (or operation) enterprise license;

2.3 The type of equipment invested by the supplier must have medical device registration certificates from People's Republic of China (PRC) and China (including medical device product registration certificates), and European and American products must have FDA (or European ce) certificates.

2.4 If the equipment invested by the supplier is in the catalogue of compulsory product certification in People's Republic of China (PRC), 3C certification must be provided;

2.5 Option 1: The bidder must also meet the following conditions (proof materials must be provided): ① There is a theoretical basis for the construction of minimally invasive intervertebral disc specialty, based on "minimally invasive diagnostics" and "Disc School" VCD; (2) Training base for minimally invasive intervertebral disc specialty construction: minimally invasive intervertebral disc specialty with an annual output value of more than RMB100000; (3) There is a technical basis for the professional construction of minimally invasive intervertebral discs: the training base has all the technologies of minimally invasive products, and more than 500 cases have been successfully operated respectively; (4) There are successful cases of minimally invasive professional construction of intervertebral discs;

The price of each package of bidding documents is RMB 400 yuan.
