People who are given works of art have the right to dispose of their works. According to the relevant laws and regulations, the author can transfer the original ownership of all his artistic works and photographic works to others, and the transfer of the original ownership of the works does not change the ownership of the copyright of the works.

Article 4 of the Copyright Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)

The exercise of rights by copyright owners and copyright-related rights holders shall not violate the Constitution and laws, and shall not harm public interests. The state shall supervise and administer the publication and dissemination of works according to law.

Article 20

The transfer of the ownership of the original work does not change the ownership of the copyright of the work, but the right to display the original works of art and photography is enjoyed by the original owner.

The author transfers the original ownership of unpublished artistic and photographic works to others, and the exhibition of the original works by the transferee does not constitute an infringement on the author's right to publish.
