Barefoot happiness

Few people go barefoot now, but I like it. This is an indescribable experience. In summer, when I come home from work, I throw away my high heels, free my feet that have been bound for a day, and step barefoot on the floor to enjoy a solid sense of security. The feeling of cold feet makes my body cool instantly.

When I was a child, I liked barefoot very much, probably because the country we live in is sand, and it is particularly comfortable to step on it. The soil is Microsoft. When it is wet, it can step on footprints. When it is dry, it is as delicate as flour. Take off your shoes, let your toes stretch and stick them on the dirt floor, which is particularly soft and skin-friendly. But my mother always scares us. She said that my aunt would grow a pair of big feet barefoot, and her feet would come earlier than others. Although I was a little scared, I couldn't help walking barefoot secretly.

I like to walk barefoot on the soft grass like a carpet, and let the grass tip scratch the soles of my feet, which makes people want to laugh. Sometimes I step on the bare and slippery ridge with my friends to see who can hold out until the end. I also like to sway "tofu" on the beach with my friends. Wet soil shakes around our bodies and becomes soft under our feet, just like tofu pressed by my mother in a basket, tender but not broken.

I like transplanting rice seedlings in summer. I can walk barefoot at will, roll up my trouser legs and wade into a raked mud. Below the shallow water surface is a calm man-made swamp. I can watch my feet sink deeply into the mud and feel the strange feeling that the soil squeezes my feet and overflows my ankles. I can send seedlings forward step by step and look back at the magic of footprints healing behind me. When you bend over to plant seedlings, you can enjoy the blue sky and white clouds reflected in shallow water without looking up. After planting, I walked barefoot on my way home, holding shoes in my hand, watching my feet wrapped in the hot sand on the road, just like wearing a pair of fashionable human leather boots, coming to the river, putting my feet in crystal clear water, letting the water caress my feet, feeling comfortable and cool, and I didn't want to go ashore to wear shoes for a long time.

After the seedlings are planted, I will go to see the footprints in the rice fields in a few days. Footprints of different shades are clearly visible, just like an oil painting print!

In summer, I like to loosen my sandals after school and swing them forward in turn while walking, so that my feet can feel the hot "sugar ash" on the road in turn, which is a feeling of walking on the beach. Once, he competed with his friends and accidentally threw his sandals into a pit on the side of the road, which made everyone laugh for a long time. Finally, he never dared to play this game of losing shoes again.

The memory of barefoot is always good. Sometimes when you step on a tile and cut a hole, it becomes no longer beautiful. I can only secretly cover it with dry ash, wear shoes honestly for a few days, forget the pain of the scar, and continue barefoot.

A few years ago, when I lived by the salt river in Huaiyin District, I often took my children for a walk at night. Looking at the cobblestone path paved by the river, I can't help itching. I took off my shoes and stepped on the stone. At first, I couldn't stand the pain. After many times, my feet began to adapt to the uneven feeling. Several old people walking looked curious and asked me about the benefits of this way. I replied: massage the acupoints on the soles of the feet. They also took off their shoes and tried them on. I took the baby away, and I still didn't wear shoes. I walked barefoot on the marble pavement, and my feet were slightly hot. I feel a hot air rising from the soles of my feet, as comfortable and transparent as steaming a free sauna.

Nowadays, urban people live in the jungle of reinforced concrete, away from the fragrance of soil and live an ungrounded life. They rarely have the opportunity to get in touch with nature, let alone take their children barefoot to experience the feelings from the soles of their feet.

"barefoot, step on the ridge, step on the nest, and step on the pit to make a boat. Barefoot, step on the ridge of the field and step on the hole where garlic is planted. " Kindergarten nursery rhymes are catchy, but like castles in the air, they can only be recited vaguely. I think people who want to compile textbooks originally want their children to return to nature and experience the happiness of barefoot. I used to really want to take off my children's shoes and step on the dirt floor barefoot. Unfortunately, the campus is full of plastic and concrete floors, and there is no trace at all.

Today's children can't realize the pure natural happiness we had when we were young!
