Is there a big difference between mechanical SLR?

There is not much difference between the bodies of traditional mechanical cameras, mainly the difference between the lenses. Since the appearance of automatic metering and automatic ranging, the gap is getting bigger and bigger.

At that time, the gap between mechanical cameras was mainly workmanship, and good cameras were high-grade heirlooms. I have a seagull 120 and a seagull 135 left by my father. Shanghai 135 was damaged and lost, and 120 was always placed at the bottom of the box. When the 120 color film appeared, many good films were also taken. Later, I learned that the early seagulls used lenses imported from Germany. The cameras at that time were all masters of burning money. Not only the fuselage, but also the film. Aprons, laundry and printing all cost money. The former is a one-time investment and the latter is a one-time investment. So people will make a fuss about the fuselage and film, turning a 36-roll film into more than 72 rolls. The so-called 1 10 camera, on this basis, has the APS system, which is a so-called advanced photography system integrating light measurement, distance measurement and small film. Its model is the predecessor of today's APS-C photography system. The cost is too high after the film is replaced by a photoreceptor. Ordinary people do not participate. APS camera manufacturers seize the opportunity to produce digital cameras in APS-C format, so that digital photography gradually enters ordinary families. But different formats have their own advantages and disadvantages. For example, the traditional 135 camera lens is very good and has a relatively fixed design pattern; APS system has been focusing on the fuselage since the day of production, and there is not much development in the lens; The traditional 135 camera has a better wide angle. It can be said that the bigger the camera negative, the better the wide-angle lens. APS frame can be used for telephoto, with small frame and small viewing angle, which is easier to telephoto and more economical than the traditional 135 camera.
