Nitronic 50 (XM-19/fxm-19) s 20910 stainless steel, Nitronic 50 (XM-19/fxm-19) s 209/kloc-. This kind of steel has excellent mechanical properties at high temperature and below zero. S209 10 can maintain very low magnetic permeability even at large cold deformation or sub-zero temperature, and has very good mechanical properties at 1200℉(649℃). S209 10 can maintain a low permeability at low temperature, but it can't reach the level of Nitronic 33 and Nitronic 40. S209 10 shows outstanding corrosion resistance in many processes. After annealing at 2025℉( 1 107℃), S209 10 showed excellent corrosion resistance even after welding. This steel has outstanding performance in resisting sulfide stress corrosion cracking and intergranular corrosion. S209 10 can withstand long-term exposure to marine atmospheric environment, and it has been proved that its corrosion resistance in static seawater environment is slightly better than that of Monel 400(UNS N04400). The steel will be affected by stress corrosion cracking in nitride environment, and its crack resistance is between 304 ~ 3 16.
