3. Description:
(1) The examiner of journalism major who undertakes the self-study examination of higher education must meet the following basic conditions: the journalism major ordinary higher education institution formally approved by the Ministry of Education has trained three graduates;
(2) Journalism graduates can directly apply for undergraduate courses;
