Surveillance cameras require two internal working voltages: 3.3V and 2.5V. The latest technology chips are useful at 1.8V. The power supply of surveillance cameras is 220 volts and cannot be used directly.

Surveillance cameras have two power requirements: 1. DC power is required, that is, 220 volt AC power provided by the mains, which needs to be converted into DC power supply through a power adapter. 2. A low voltage of about 9 volts or 12 volts is required, that is, the voltage provided by the adapter should be consistent with the rated working voltage of the surveillance camera. Too high will cause the camera to burn out.
