Traditional intellectual property rights are mainly composed of two parts:

Industrial property rights. Including patent right, trademark right, utility model design, industrial product appearance design, country of origin marking and stopping unfair competition;

Copyright and its related neighboring rights include the functions of culture, music, art, photography and film photography.
