Do people who go to the gym have to be rich?

Not so absolute, but in most cases, the rich will not make friends with the poor.

Look around you. There are rich people and poor people. What kind of people will you make friends with? Not surprisingly, there won't be a big gap between your friends and your economic level. If you earn 10 thousand a month, few of your friends can earn 100 thousand a month.

Of course, the economic level is a relative concept, just like a well-fed family may feel that beggars are poor, but a person with a net worth of one billion and a person with a net worth of over one hundred million will not feel so different. If a billionaire buys a mansion with a swimming pool, those who are worth more than 100 million will also have their own high-end apartments, and the material living standards of both sides will not be much worse. When wealth passes a certain standard, wealth is of little value to life. The first and hundredth people on China's rich list are rich people, living a life that ordinary people can't catch up with.

People are divided into groups. People create various standards and make various lists. In fact, people and things are divided into different categories. Different categories and different circles.

People in the top 100 of the wealth list may be friends of each other, have business contacts with each other, often meet each other, and everyone will have a good chat in the same club. For people who have no money, such a circle is hard to break, let alone become friends with rich people.

In the eyes of people who have no money, money is a very broad concept. If a person who has no money earns 5,000 yuan a month, he thinks that those who earn 20,000 yuan a month and those who earn 200,000 yuan a month are rich, which exceeds the standard he thinks in his heart, no matter how much.

Why can't the rich and the poor play together?

First of all, let's see what wealth is. First, having money means different lifestyles. Rich people may go to high-end restaurants for lunch. It feels normal to spend thousands of dollars, and people without money can't afford it. If a rich man wants to be friends with a poor man, but we just know each other, and we are not very familiar with each other, the rich man says let's go to dinner, and then out of courtesy, he invites the other person to the restaurant he often goes to, and the bill will naturally be paid by the rich man. But if the two sides often make an appointment for dinner, even if the rich man is always scrambling to pay the bill, the poor man will never be ashamed to continue this relationship.

Second, money means different horizons. Although the Internet is very developed now, you can know the world with as much news and information as a mobile phone, but many things still need you to really experience. Both the rich and the poor may know the Louvre, but the rich have been there, and they also know what is next to the Louvre and what delicious restaurants are around it. These more subtle and specific contents will not be known to the poor. If we have dinner and chat, several rich people who have been to the Louvre may hit it off, saying that there is a good bar near the Louvre, and the poor can only sit there and don't know what to say.

Third, money means different levels of education. I read an article before, and the author used all kinds of data and examples to discuss the view that "the poor can't have children." It is said that there are fewer and fewer rural children in Tsinghua, Peking University, and more and more high-quality educational resources are occupied by the rich. In the market, resources are always close to capital. There must be a big gap between the education of children in the middle school attached to the National People's Congress and that of children in rural middle schools in Hunan. There is a huge gap between the two sides in terms of teachers, teaching conditions, extracurricular tutoring and other educational resources.

When the society is discussing the solidification of class, it is actually discussing how people who have no money become rich. But the cruel fact is that people who have no money may never have money, and those who have money may have more money. For example, a rich man can buy two or three suites in Beijing, and his assets will definitely increase in value in a few years; Men who have no money can't afford to buy a house in Beijing this year, and they can't afford to buy a house in another three to five years.

The gap between the rich and the poor in economic strength is widening. Both sides live in different circles, and what they contact, see and enjoy every day is not the same thing. How can a child who grew up in a villa play with a child who grew up in the street? People play different things, have different partners and enjoy different fun, so it is naturally difficult to talk.

Give another simple example. If a rich child and a poor child are admitted to Tsinghua, they will become classmates and roommates in a dormitory. When the spring blossoms, the class organizes everyone to go on an outing, and a rich man's child wears a full set of outdoor equipment. Poor children may not even have seen a SLR. How can they have a common topic?

The poor and the rich belong to different classes and are mixed in different circles. It is really difficult to cross the gap between them. People who have no money can't mix with the rich, but the rich can't blend in with the environment of the poor. There is a rich lifestyle, and there is a living method without money; People who have no money don't know the taste of foie gras, and rich people don't know the taste of rural grandma; People without money don't know the comfort of yachts, and rich people don't know the fun of riding tractors. Since the experience is different, the two sides naturally can't play together.

In the face of the rich and the poor, the gap brought by money is difficult to bridge. This gap makes everyone live in different circles. People in the circle occasionally look outside, and then go back to their own lives and live their own familiar days. Just inadvertently, I suddenly miss the scene I have seen outside the circle, just miss it.
