Ingredients: duck head.

Marinade: pork, rock sugar, fragrant leaves, onion segments, ginger slices, star anise, fennel, tsaoko, fennel, pepper, galangal, nutmeg, Amomum villosum, dried tangerine peel, kaempferia galanga, salt and chicken powder.
