Articles of Association of Inner Mongolia Calligraphers Association
Article 1 Inner Mongolia Calligraphers Association is a people's organization composed of Inner Mongolia calligraphers under the leadership of China, and a member of Inner Mongolia Federation of Literary and Art Circles. Its purpose is to unite calligraphy artists in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, take Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents as the guidance, adhere to the basic line of the Party, adhere to the direction of literature and art serving the people and socialism, implement the policy of "letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend", and strive for reform, opening up and socialist modernization.
Article 2 The Association abides by the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and national laws and regulations, and conducts conference activities according to its own characteristics under the joint guidance of the literary and art circles in Inner Mongolia.

Article 6 The calligraphers' associations of all cities are group members of the association, and the calligraphers' associations of the autonomous region's trade federation (Federation of Literary and Art Circles) may become group members of the association upon the approval of the presidium.
Article 7 All citizens of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region approve of the articles of association, and have exhibited calligraphy and seal cutting works in regional exhibitions sponsored by the association, with a high level; Or published a high level of works or articles in the autonomous region and provincial and municipal newspapers, or published a certain level of monographs, comments or collections by publishing houses inside and outside the region; Or those who have been engaged in calligraphy education, calligraphy editing or calligraphy activity organization for many years and have achieved outstanding results can apply for membership.
Article 8. Application for membership must be introduced by two members of the association, recommended by the local league and municipal calligraphy associations (the Federation of Literary and Art Circles is responsible for those who have not established a calligraphy association), and the units directly under the autonomous region are recommended by the departments, bureaus, departments and committees, fill in the application form for membership, and submit copies of recent works or exhibitions and award-winning certificates. Approved by the association, is a member of the association.
Members of the China Calligraphers Association transferred from other provinces and cities to other places in the resettlement area shall be members of the association and fill in the contact registration form.
Ninth members have the right to participate in the activities of the association, supervise, criticize and make suggestions on the work of the association; Members have the freedom to withdraw from the meeting; Members shall abide by the articles of association, implement the resolutions of the association and be responsible for completing the work entrusted by the association. Board members, chairman, vice-chairman, secretary-general and deputy secretary-general have the obligation to make more contributions to the construction, development and social welfare of the association, accept the professional guidance of the association and pay the membership fees on time.
Article 10 This Association is responsible for liaison, coordination and service to group members and calligraphers.
Article 11 The Association organizes and encourages its members to learn political theory and professional knowledge through various conference activities, so as to deepen their lives and serve the prosperity of socialist calligraphy art..
Twelfth associations should pay attention to the training of national calligraphers, especially the minority calligraphers with a small population in this area. We should pay attention to the development and prosperity of Mongolian literature law.
Article 13 The Association promotes and strengthens contacts and exchanges with calligraphy artists' groups in all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, promotes contacts and exchanges with Chinese calligraphy artists' groups in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and overseas, and promotes the excellent culture and art of the Chinese nation.
Article 14 An association shall, in accordance with national policies, form an entity, strengthen its strength and infrastructure, and strive to create conditions for its members to participate in the activities of the association.
Article 15 This Association shall safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of its members according to law.
Chapter IV Establishment and Cancellation of Institutions and Responsible Persons
Article 16 The authority of this Association is the members' congress, which is held once every five years, and can be held in advance or postponed if necessary.
Article 17 The Association shall establish a council. The Council consists of ex-officio members and directors, and is elected by the Association Congress through consultation. Group member representatives are ex-officio directors, and their qualifications will be automatically cancelled and replaced with the change of group member representatives; As an accomplished and influential artist, the elected director's term of office ends at the members' congress, and the director is responsible for convening the members' congress of the association. When the general assembly is not in session, co-elect or recall members of the presidium as needed, and accept the resignation of members of the presidium.
Article 18 The presidium consists of a chairman and a vice-chairman, elected by the General Assembly. The Presidium is responsible for convening the Congress and the Council and appointing the Secretary-General and the Deputy Secretary-General.
Article 19 The Association implements the secretary-general responsibility system, and the secretary-general is responsible for handling daily work under the leadership of the presidium.
Article 20 The Association shall have honorary posts: honorary chairman and consultant. The honorary chairman and adviser are elected by the Association Congress through consultation.
Chapter V Principles of Asset Management and Use
Article 21 The source of funds of this Association: State appropriation; Membership fee; Other lawful income.
Article 22 The right to amend the articles of association belongs to the members' congress of the Association, and the right to interpret the articles of association belongs to the Council of the Association.
Article 23 the termination of the activities of the association shall be decided by the board of directors through discussion.
Chapter VI Procedures for Amending the Articles of Association
Article 24 Any amendment to the Articles of Association of the Group must be approved by the board of directors and submitted to the shareholders' meeting for deliberation.
Article 25 The revised Articles of Association of the Organization shall come into effect within 15 days from the date of adoption by the general meeting with the consent of the competent business unit and the approval of the organization registration authority.
Chapter VII Termination Procedure and Property Disposal after Termination
Article 26 If a group has completed its purpose or is dissolved or needs to be revoked due to division or merger, the Council or the Standing Council shall propose a termination motion.
Twenty-seventh the motion to terminate the group must be voted by the general meeting of members and reported to the competent business unit for approval.
Twenty-eighth before the termination of this group, a liquidation organization must be established under the guidance of the competent business unit and the relevant authorities to clean up the creditor's rights and debts and deal with the aftermath. During the liquidation period, no activities other than liquidation will be carried out.
Twenty-ninth this group shall terminate after the cancellation of registration by the association registration authority.
Thirtieth after the termination of the group's remaining property, under the supervision of the competent business unit and the group registration authority, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, for the development of the cause related to the purpose of the group.
Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions
Article 31 The Articles of Association was adopted by the shareholders' meeting on September 6, 2000/KLOC-0.
Article 32 The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the Council of the Organization.
Article 33 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of approval by the registration authority of associations.
