After exhibitors remit the fees, please fax the bank transfer receipt to the organizing committee. 3. In order to ensure the overall layout effect of the exhibition, the organizing committee has the right to make necessary adjustments to the booths, and exhibitors are not allowed to raise any objections. 4. Without the consent of the organizing committee, exhibitors are not allowed to sublet or resell part or all of their booths to others. Otherwise, the organizing committee has the right to cancel their qualifications to participate in the exhibition and the booth fees will not be refunded. 5. Exhibitors should ensure that all exhibits and promotional materials are original works and bear the responsibility for fidelity. After the exhibition is completed, the organizing committee will conduct a final review of the content of the exhibits and has the right to withdraw exhibits that do not meet the requirements. 6. The organizing committee has launched a restriction mechanism to limit the number of exhibitors for each exhibition category to ensure the overall quality of the exhibition.
