Large aperture and small depth of field create beautiful images.
Background blur is a common means of photography, because it can quickly highlight the subject, so it is well known and used by photographers. Background blur is actually a control problem of depth of field, and both background blur and foreground blur belong to "shallow depth of field" processing methods.
Vague meaning
For photography, blur effect can highlight the subject and make the picture more layered. In the scene with chaotic background, the background can also be transformed into soft spots in a fuzzy way.
There are three ways to blur the background:
(1) Set the zoom ratio to the maximum;
(2) Try to set the background;
(3) Enlarge the aperture of the lens;
If we use these three methods at the same time, we can get more obvious background blur effect.
The relationship between equipment and fuzziness
In fact, the blur effect is not directly related to the camera body, and the two most direct factors affecting the blur effect are the actual focal length and aperture size of the lens.
So, what kind of lens can produce blur effect?
long shot

Large aperture lens
For a lens, the larger the aperture value, that is, the smaller the f value, the larger the focal length value and the shallower the depth of field, the stronger the blur effect will be. The best blur weapon is telephoto lens. If you want to create a strong blur effect, select it.
Although the wide-angle lens can enhance the impact of the picture and effectively show the atmosphere of natural scenery, its ability in blurring is not so ideal.
A medium telephoto lens without a large aperture will also blur.
Although the large aperture lens is good, the price is not cheap. What if there is no large aperture lens?
Blur effect under large aperture lens
Specifically, under the long focal length, the camera should be as close to the subject as possible, and the distance between the background and the photographer should be widened, so as to obtain a good blur effect. For example, if you are close enough to the subject and have a long focal length, you will get the same effect as a long focal length and a large aperture.
Besides the most common blurring methods, what other methods can create a perfect blurring effect?
insufficient light

Optical illusion is an illusory scene caused by light. Some subjects have a bright light path due to the transmission of light. Under the cover of the light path, the subjects are blurred, which makes the pictures of photographic works have a special charm effect.
Although the rising sun is not directly photographed, the light passing through the branches still shows the scene that the sun has just jumped out of the horizon to be radiant, giving people a feeling that everything is about to recover.
Fog deficiency
Fog deficiency refers to the use of the aerial perspective effect of fog to give a hazy atmosphere to the photographic works, making them poetic and picturesque, thus arousing the association of the viewers. This trick is often used in landscape photography. Under the cover of fog, the medium and long-range subjects are illusory, hazy and mysterious.
Xu Yun
In landscape photography, if clouds are used to cover up, the mountains and trees to be photographed will be virtual and real, resulting in the artistic conception like Penglai fairyland. This move is also called clouds and sky, which makes people feel like they are in a fairyland.
It should be noted that "empty" must not be too much. If you overdo it, it will be like cooking porridge, and you will be blurred in the photographic works, and you can't see what the theme of the works is. Hide when you should hide, and show when you should show. It is very important to grasp the "degree". Reality coexists with reality, and reality is virtual.
