Those who participate in grass-roots service projects, who have no work experience before participating in the service projects, can apply for the post of fresh graduates in 2023 within 2 years after the service expires (the deadline is August 3, 20231).

5. 2. Time and place of written examination

(5) Qualification examination and interview

2. Qualification examination

4. Calculation method of total score

After the interview, the total score is calculated according to the proportion of 50% written test scores of public subjects and 50% interview scores of positions without professional subjects. For positions with professional entrance examination requirements, the total score is calculated according to the proportion of 30% written examination results of public subjects, 40% professional entrance examination results and 30% interview results.

Written test scores, professional test scores and interview scores are all kept to two decimal places, and the third decimal place is rounded off.

(6) Physical examination

According to the proportion of the number of people in the job recruitment plan 1: 1, the medical examiners are determined from the qualified interviewers according to the total score from high to low.

(9) Employment approval

After the publicity, the recruitment department (unit) shall go through the recruitment procedures according to the regulations.

If the social employees to be employed have signed a labor (employment) contract or agreement with the original work unit, I shall be responsible for the termination according to the relevant provisions.

The employing unit signs an employment contract with the person to be employed, and after the probation period (probation period) expires, the employment and grading will be carried out.

Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and the employment relationship will be terminated.

The initial employment period is 3 years. Except for the termination of the employment contract according to laws and regulations, the minimum service life of the proposed employee in the recruiting unit is 3 years (including probation period).
