How to test a photojournalist's press card?

News units shall apply to the administrative department of press and publication for collection.

According to Article 8 of the Measures for the Administration of Journalists' Cards, news organizations shall apply to the administrative department of press and publication for a journalist's card. When applying for a journalist's card, a news organization shall truthfully fill in and submit the Registration Form for Obtaining a Journalist's Card, the Information Form for Obtaining a Journalist's Card, and the application materials such as each applicant's ID card, graduation certificate, qualification certificate (training certificate) and a copy of the labor contract.

A person who obtains a journalist's card in a news organization must meet the following conditions at the same time: abide by national laws and regulations and the professional ethics of journalists; Have a college degree or above, and obtain the qualification of news editing recognized by the relevant departments of the State Council; Personnel engaged in news gathering and editing within the establishment of news organizations, or those who have been formally employed by news organizations to work in news gathering and editing posts and have more than 1 year experience in news gathering and editing.

The relevant requirements for press cards stipulate that:

1. Except for the systems of the People's Liberation Army and the Armed Police Force (excluding the frontier defense, fire fighting and security forces), the application, review, issuance and cancellation of press cards are conducted through the "National Networking System for Press Card Management and Verification" of the General Administration of Press and Publication.

2. A news editor engaged in news interview must hold a press card, and should take the initiative to show it to the interviewee in the news interview. Editors of news organizations who have not yet obtained a press card must conduct interviews under the leadership of journalists with press cards in this news organization, and may not engage in news interview activities alone.

3. Non-editors of news organizations, non-news organizations and other social organizations or individuals shall not conduct news interview activities in the name of news organizations or fake journalists.
