Master and improve the routine operation skills, especially the cta and heart scanning techniques that have not been developed in our hospital. Familiar with various post-processing technologies and three-dimensional reconstruction technologies, and achieved satisfactory results by hands-on operation. The selection of most parameters of spiral scanning is basically the same as that of conventional ct, but the difference is that the selection of pitch, bed feed speed, full scanning time and image reconstruction interval is increased. Spiral ct scanning technology breaks through the technical limitations of conventional ct and is equipped with intelligent tracking technology software, which can obtain real images of arterial phase, venous phase and equilibrium phase.

Cta can be applied to large blood vessels in the whole body, and clearly shows the anatomical relationship of arteries, especially pulmonary cta is a very advanced and effective method to diagnose pulmonary embolism at present. The key to the success of cta lies in the mastery of contrast agent dosage, concentration, injection speed and scanning delay time, especially the scanning delay time must be strictly controlled, and continuous volume collection should be carried out when the contrast agent concentration in the blood vessel reaches the peak. Under the condition that the patient is well prepared and the scanning technology is reasonable, 64-slice spiral ct coronary angiography can show the trunk and branches of coronary artery, which has high clinical value for the diagnosis and postoperative review of coronary artery disease. In the examination, patients must be fully prepared and trained, and reasonable technical parameters must be selected. The selection of scanning technical parameters directly affects the quality of the obtained image. Without effective original data, high-quality 3D reconstructed images cannot be obtained. Therefore, there are higher requirements for the operating skills of operators. After installing 64-row vct in our hospital, all kinds of new technologies learned above will be carried out to improve the visibility of ct specialty in our hospital in surrounding areas.
