Xu Minghui, female, born in 1963. Graduated from Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts in 1988. In 1994, he graduated from the oil painting training class of China Academy of Art. From 2003 to 2004, he went to the City of Arts in Paris, France for further study, and conducted art inspections and exchanges in Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, the Netherlands and other countries.

Currently teaches at the Department of Visual Communication Design of the China Academy of Art, a member of the Chinese Watercolor Painters Association, secretary-general of the Chinese Watercolor Research Center of the China Academy of Art, director and deputy secretary-general of the Zhejiang Watercolor Painters Association.
