Shenzhen Qixing Bay Yacht Club Co., Ltd. was confirmed by Shenzhen Municipal Government as the Qixing Bay Sub-venue of Shenzhen Universiade Maritime Sports Base. The project is located in Dongnong Community, Nan 'ao, Longgang District, adjacent to the Giant Diaotan Marine Sports Base, the main sailing venue of the Universiade, and mainly undertakes the sailing project of the Shenzhen Universiade.

The total planned area of the project is about 220,000 square meters, of which the basin area is about 654.38+10,000 square meters, with a total investment of/kloc-0.50 billion yuan, and the source of funds is self-raised by the enterprise. The construction unit is Shenzhen Shekou Merchants Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. The project started on April 20, 2009 and is scheduled to be completed on February 30, 2010+/kloc-0.

The Qixingwan Sub-stadium Project of Shenzhen Universiade Maritime Sports Base includes three categories: civil engineering, hydraulic engineering, general layout and landscape. Civil works include the athlete reception center (multifunctional), catering center, command center, boathouse, survey hall and supporting facilities; Water conservancy projects include harbor basin and foundation trench excavation, breakwater, floating wharf, award platform, slope slideway and ancillary facilities; General level and landscape include blasting, excavation, backfilling and greening.

After the project is completed, it will be mainly used for all kinds of rowing competitions, and will be devoted to the development of public yacht docks in the future.

Qixingwan Yacht Club Photography Base is a branch of the former Universiade Maritime Sports Base. At present, it is the largest and highest-end wedding photography base of yacht seascape theme in Guangdong Province. The main shooting elements in the base are private yachts, super-large sailboats, luxury cruise ships, characteristic landscapes of mountains and seas, fisherman's wharf, long beach on the Bund, yacht club, villa appearance, green trees and lawns, and romantic sunrise, which provides the latest choice for Shenzhen wedding couples to shoot high-end beautiful sea-view wedding photos.
