Xixi Caotang was built by Feng at a wine offering ceremony held in imperial academy during Wanli period of Ming Dynasty. The whole building of Xixi Caotang is divided into north and south parts according to fish ponds. There is a grass pavilion "Yun Qi Pavilion" in the north, which is a place to enjoy plums, play with bamboo and sing wine songs. Xixi Caotang is characterized by quiet environment and far-reaching scenery. The east coast is lush and has a far-reaching visual gallery. The wild grass shoal on the north side is quiet.
