Seven working days after the written test results are announced, the human resources and social security bureau of Qijiang District will organize an interview with the competent department of the recruiting unit.

According to the number of recruits for each position and the written test scores of candidates, the interview candidates are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 2 (the ratio of photojournalist positions in Qijiang Daily is 1: 5). If the number of interviewees does not reach the specified proportion, the number of positions to be recruited shall be cancelled or reduced to the specified proportion (the reduced number of positions to be recruited shall be calculated according to the formula of "actual number of interviewees × interview proportion", and rounded to the nearest decimal point). If it cannot be lowered, candidates' written test scores must reach the minimum score of interviewers in other positions before they can enter the interview. If the results of the last interviewer are tied, they will participate in the interview in parallel.

Interview results 100. The interview is conducted by structured interview, leaderless group discussion or practical operation, which mainly examines the applicant's professional knowledge, logical thinking ability, comprehensive analysis ability, adaptability to the new environment, language expression ability and work attitude. Candidates answer questions in Mandarin, and the interview results are announced on the spot. If the interview score does not reach 60 points, it shall not be determined as a medical examination candidate. If the interviewer evaluates the candidates' interview results below 60 points, it shall explain the reasons in the scoring table; If the candidate's final interview score is below 60 points, the recruiting unit will write a written report and report it to the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for the record.
