There is no good way. It's moire. You can use CMOS cameras without low-pass filters (like Nikon D8 10 and D800E) to reduce this moire fringe, but you can't eliminate it at all.

The best way is to use a large aperture lens when shooting, so that the back of the subject is blurred and the content of the LED screen is blurred. Of course, if you just want to shoot the contents of the LED screen, you can't do this. Then the later fuzzy processing. Or seriously late, change the screen content.
