Does the cartoon logo have the right to portrait?

Cartoon characters have no right to mark portraits. Cartoon characters do not have the right of logo portrait, but they have copyright. Anime characters are products created by authors, which belong to the scope of copyright protection and are used for commercial purposes. Even fictional characters must get permission from the original author and pay royalties.
