Sang Yuzhu incident.

20 10 The works that participated in the photography prize were accused of plagiarism. 65438+ On June 2nd of that year 10, the organizing committee of the photography awards revoked its qualification, certificate and trophy, and informed its unit.

Among the 10 winning works by Sang Yuzhu, the winner of the Eighth Academy Awards, four were suspected of forgery. These four works are fog covering Tianchi Lake, Tianchi Lake wrapped in plain, scenery, and frosted white. These four works are reported to be almost the same as Meng Tie's photographic works Tianchi Wonder, Snow and Ice, Red Clouds in Changbai Mountain and Wenbo's photographic works Sunset Red in Changbai Mountain.

The Organizing Committee of the Eighth China Photography Award issued the decision of the Organizing Committee of the Eighth China Photography Award on the disqualification of Sang Yuzhu 201KLOC-0/the Eighth China Photography Award. According to the decision, after investigation, when Sang Yuzhu, a photographer from Jilin Province, China, applied to participate in the Eighth China Photography Award, four of the works submitted did not meet the reporting rules.

In the investigation organized by the organizing committee, Sang Yuzhu stated in writing that these four works were jointly created by photographers Meng Tie and Wenbo. In their written statements, Meng Tie and Wenbo both declared that the above-mentioned works were jointly created by * * *, and denied that Sang Yuzhu's use of the above-mentioned works was "misappropriation" or "plagiarism".

The organizing committee believes that any so-called "co-creation" photography works are composed of the collective contributions of many photographers, but such works can't truly reflect the photographer's personal creative level and style, which doesn't conform to the stipulation in the General Rules of China Photography Awards that the Golden Award is the "highest individual achievement award" in the photography industry in China, and it doesn't conform to the stipulation in the second paragraph of Article 65438 of the Announcement of the Eighth China Photography Awards. Sang Yuzhu did not explain this situation when reporting, and it was extremely wrong to let this group of works enter the selection.

After careful study by the organizing committee, it was decided to cancel the award-winning qualification of Sang Yuzhu's 8th China Photography Award, recover the award-winning certificate and trophy, and notify his work unit.
