Who can tell us about the story and background of the movie "Rolling Red Dust"?

It is a love story between Shen Yunhua, a journalist played by Brigitte Lin, and Zhang Nengcai, a traitor played by Qin and Han Dynasties in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression. The prototype of the story is the love between Zhang Ailing and Hu Lancheng, but Sanmao doesn't seem to admit it.
