Note: The house has an attic on the sixth floor. The sixth floor is 87 square meters, the attic is about 50, and the hard decoration and furniture are 80,000 (excluding all electrical appliances).

My designer friend and I decided on the overall layout of the house, and then I installed and perfected all the elements myself during the decoration process. This is the first time I have done such a large-scale work. Haha, compared to The artistic works I like, such as photography, calligraphy, and fine arts, are much more difficult.

White matte floor paint is directly painted on the cement floor. The cement floor must be smooth and flat, and then a slightly transparent primer is applied first. It has an important role in bonding with the cement floor. , the cement floor should not have any moisture before applying this paint, and it will take a long time to dry out. The second step is to fill in a layer of something similar to white cement, which is used to fill small pits, and then polish and vacuum. The vacuum must be very clean, otherwise the dust will fall to the subsequent topcoat. Close the window. The first step is to apply topcoat twice (one coat is enough for darker colors). The fastness is the same as the gray or green floors in some large supermarkets, and you can drive a forklift! But the premise is that it must not be exposed to water before the first coat of primer.

This staircase is the result of a good friend of mine who is a designer suggested that I continue to improve it during the decoration process. The internal steel frame was processed by friends from the stair company, and then the rest was completed by carpenters. Of course, the requirements of the living room were taken into consideration. It needs to be transparent and the lighting cannot be affected, so I designed a staircase that is entirely my own idea, haha. By the way, the cost is not high, more than three thousand materials and labor.

The floors of the dining room, open kitchen, and living room are made of white matte floor paint. It was really difficult for me to apply this paint. Fortunately, I met an acquaintance who helped me go to the factory to customize it. The TV was in The effect here.

To arrange the sofa + table in the restaurant, first of all, it is best to customize the table, which is 3-5cm lower than the regular one. If the table does not lower, it is also possible. You can directly customize the sofa, measure the height of the chair and add 2cm to customize it ( Because the sofa will be lower when people sit on it), if you really can’t customize the sofa or dining table, you can only install customized iron pillars on the legs of the sofa like mine. Of course, you can also thicken the seat cushions.

The wash basin was taken from Taobao. It cracked three times when it was sent to me. I got it back directly when I went to Shanghai for the fourth time.

My master bedroom. The curtains were bought locally in Ningbo. They are a little different from bedding, because what you need to pay attention to is not only the color and pattern, but also the texture. I visited three markets and finally decided on this one, which is made of linen. The texture is very comfortable, especially when the light comes in during the day. The clear and thick texture of the linen feels particularly good. The yarn inside is a bit more expensive than the linen material. Remember that the two together cost about a thousand yuan.
